For customers withing Germany if you're not completely satisfied with our flute, we will arrange a free return service within 30 days. For customers outside of Germany you may return the flute within 30 days with freight charges prepaid. Please return the flute in its original packaging including all accessories to prevent any damage or other possible signs of wear! We will return the money to your bank account within 5 working days after we have received the flute.

Delivery
All flutes are available from stock unless otherwise noted. Flutes ordered will be shipped immediately after the payment is received (payment prepaid) or immediately after we have received your order (payment by credit card). If for any reason there is any delay of shipment you will be informed immediately.

- delivery within Germany: € 6.00
- Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, Italy, France: € 10.50
- Other countries: please ask for shipping costs via e-mail
Payment
We accept the following types of payments:
- Bank transfer / Prepaid
After you have completed your order; you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with our banking details (IBAN and BIC Code). As soon as we have received your payment at our bank, the flute will be shipped. Usually you will receive the instrument within 2-3 working days. - Credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
For credit card payment you must enter the complete credit card number (usually 16 digits), the validity date (month and year), and the check number or special number from the back side of the card (usually 3 digits). The amount will be debited from your credit card account at the time of shipping. - Cash payment
You can pick up your flute from our office and pay cash. Please note, an appointment has to be made in advance for pickup and cash payment. Payment by EC- or credit card is not possible when you pick up a flute at our office.
Warranty
All VIENTO flutes are sold with a 5 year warranty.

All VIENTO flutes can be seen, played and tested at our home office by making an advanced appointment Monday thru Saturday. We also offer a full and complete consultation and personal recommendations during this appointment.
Our flutes can also be tested at our appointed dealers. The list of VIENTO dealers can be found here. It is recommended to call and check the availability of the requested model in advance.
